When you've placed your order, your purchased template will be transferred to your Squarespace account as a new trial website in 24-48 business hours. When this happens, an email will be sent to your inbox.
You can use this same email to create your Squarespace account (if you haven't already.)
In this email, you'll have an invitation link to become a contributor. Ownership will then be transferred to you in a few business days (when you've paid in full) or after your final payment has been made (payment plan)

When you're ready to launch your new website, transfer your domain name from your old site, cancel your old Squarespace plan, and sign up for a new plan on the new site.
If you have a subscription already, you can cancel it, and contact Squarespace to help you with the transition for any leftover subscription refunds.

The short answer is no. You may not use your purchased template for multiple sites. You must purchase the same template again or purchase a new one as it is 1 license per digital item purchase.
If you are using the template for your own website, sure!
If you are a designer working on a client's site, and you've purchased a template, you must keep the site credits page and leave attribution linking back to janeldamiani.com
